Thomas Greene

Professional Profile

Thomas comes with many years of experience in financial management and strategic planning, Thomas is known for his adeptness in steering financial operations, driving profitability, and managing risk. His expertise in corporate finance, coupled with his innovative approach to financial strategy, has significantly contributed to Rosco's growth and success in the competitive financial services sector. Thomas oversees client portfolio accounting and manages company systems and procedures, internal financial reporting, risk management and personnel. He is also a member London's Investment Committee. Thomas has more than 23 years of experience in global financial and business management. Prior to joining us, he was Vice President of Finance at Pinnacle Finance Corporation. Thomas led merger and acquisition valuation and accounting for over 33 transactions, individually valued at up to $520 million. Thomas is a member of the Institute of CPAs and the British Society of CPAs. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Masaryk University. He holds a FINRA Series 27 license as the Financial Operations Principal for the Investment Manager.

  • Engaged with executive suite to design and implement workforce policies and procedures for a major healthcare company
  • Designed and implemented several Business Outsourcing Services models for organizations (Procurement & HR Departments)
  • Performed a workforce and benefits analysis for a London based energy company and led the restructuring effort implementing all new employee benefits in less than 3 months
  • Engaged by a large hospital system to perform a thorough benefits review and gap analysis. Identified and implemented 401K improvements resulting in significant cost recovery and compliance
  • Led various HR organizations through PE backed mergers, acquisitions and bankruptcies ensuring a lean and effective operating model hitting balance sheet targets
  • Developed and implemented a process to complete the Affordable Healthcare Act reporting requirements for a large healthcare company. Performed leadership role in writing the ASC 450 report to be submitted with the company’s 10k
  • Supported the executive team through M&A due diligence process ensuring effective organizational baseline to continue operational excellence through the lifecycle of the transaction
  • Designed an MSP service offering for a healthcare company and replaced one of the largest MSP providers in the market
  • Led several corporate responses to a regulatory workforce audit resulting in no findings
